Number Literals

MAXScript uses two types of numbers:

These number types correspond to the two number types (Integer and Float) used internally in 3ds Max. The syntax for numbers is:

[-]{}[.{}[(e | E)[+ | -]{}+] -- decimal

0x{}+ -- hexadecimal

Examples:

123

123.45

-0.00345

1.0e-6

0x0E

.1
